Club member Gerry Eves has been working on his basement HO layout for a number of years now, and collecting trains for it is one of his hobbies. Above is a display case containing “some” of his vast collection of rare trains and autos. Gerry admits that he has way too many to display all at once, however. His train room contains several interesting and unique display cases, all full to the brim.

A photo of one corner of his extensive layout contains a village with quite a few buildings. The layout itself is a mix of Marklin AC and analog DC track circuits. Gerry routinely runs both European and American trains, often at the same time. Here a consist made up of American Alco diesels and boxcars rounds a curve near the city.

A skating rink (animated) and a trucking facility round out another corner of his layout. His extensive collection of trucks only adds to the interest of his layout.
